Achievement Levels Explained

There are 3 Achievement Levels: GOLD, SILVER, BRONZE.

The levels have been worked out using all results data that has been collected since the 2004/2005 season. With good attendance over the season we would expect approximately 10% of athletes to achieve the GOLD level, 20% to achieve the SILVER level, and 30% to achieve the BRONZE level.

To reach the BRONZE Level: Athletes must record 10 performances that are equal to or better than those required within their age group for the BRONZE level (if all 10 performances are higher than the bronze level requirements they will go straight to the higher level).

To reach the SILVER Level: Athletes must record 10 performances that are equal to or better than those required within their age group for the SILVER level (if all 10 performances are higher than the silver level requirements they will go straight to the gold level).

To reach the GOLD Level: Athletes must record 10 performances that are equal to or better than those required within their age group for the GOLD level.

Each week certificates will be presented to athletes under 10 and younger who reach a new achievement level. A GOOD SPORT certificate will be presented to those athletes that don’t achieve 10 performances at the Gold, Silver or Bronze level and complete at least 30 events.
