Points will be scored in age groups determined by the early interest in the three distances e.g. the 2kms will probably offer more younger age divisions and the 10kms more older divisions.

Points will be awarded on a basis of one for finishing plus one for every runner you beat in your age division e.g. If you beat four other runners you score 5 points.

Interclub points are scored on a 20 for the winner down to 1 for twentieth with only five runners to count per club/team.
